A women's health nonprofit faced a critical challenge: providing accurate, scalable reproductive health guidance to thousands of women across multiple regions. Manual support was unsustainable, and existing chatbots lacked domain-specific knowledge.
We built a production-grade WhatsApp assistant that combines fine-tuned language models with structured knowledge bases to provide accurate health guidance, appointment booking, and period tracking capabilities.
